"Ticket info was clear, but still a bit disappointing"
I was able to find the ticket info without much trouble, so that part was fine. I guess I was just expecting the overall experience to feel a little smoother or more helpful.

I returned my order and, looking at how these things usually go, it followed the pattern I expected: a little waiting, a couple of status updates, and then the refund came through. It took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but everything was handled fine in the end.

I ordered a t-shirt from davidgilmour.com, it made me smile the second I opened it. It kind of took me back to listening to his music years ago, so I was really hoping the shirt would feel worth it, and it did. The print is sharp, the cotton feels soft and not flimsy at all, and the size was pretty much spot on. I’ve washed it a couple of times now and it still looks good. Really happy with it, and I’d definitely order again.

I ordered from David Gilmour and, the packaging was solid. The item was wrapped up nicely, and nothing inside was damaged, so what more can you really ask for?
The only thing I noticed was a small dent on one corner of the outer box, probably from shipping. It didn’t affect the item at all, though. Maybe a little extra padding would help next time, but overall I’m still happy with it

I ordered a David Gilmour T-shirt in my usual large, and the fit was just about what I hoped for. It wasn’t too tight or awkwardly baggy, which is always a relief with shirts ordered online. The material could maybe be a touch softer, but overall I’m happy with it and would wear it regularly.

I used the site on my phone and it worked a lot better than I expected. Everything loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to sit there waiting around for pages to catch up. It was also really easy to tap through the different sections without accidentally hitting the wrong thing or dealing with tiny buttons. I especially appreciated that there wasn’t any weird zooming in and out or one of those frustrating mobile menus that gets in the way. Overall, it was just a smooth, simple mobile experience.
